Access over 7,000 e-books from the MyOn on the Student Portal.
The first time a kid uses myon.com, they fill in their likes / dislikes and they take a reading test to find their level.
Then, the computer offers your child a selection of e-books to match their interests and reading level.
(You don't have to follow the computer's recommendations. You can access any book in the MyOn collection.)
Order books from the Miami Dade County Public Library. You'll need a library card + a pin code to order books online. They can be sent to the library nearest you or, for a $2 fee, delivered to your house. (If you don't have a library card, you can pick up an application form from the school library.) You are allowed to check out up to 50 books / videos at a time!
